This email is sent only to opt-in recipients. For example, if someone in your immediate area fills out a questionnaire at the local Home Depot or Applebee’s and states their willingness to accept offers and messages form merchants and institutions; they will be included in a data base. We work from this list which is updated on a monthly basis. The monthly updates add new addressees and delete old addresses. The update also scans for anyone who may have opted out.

We recommend a minimum of 4,000 emails to be sent out. We base the mailings on your immediate area zip codes, and can zone from your church location.

The cost is .08 per email address.

According to the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), email marketing is an effective and cost efficient method for not only getting your message out but getting actual responses to it. Here are the DMA's statistics on response rate for the following media:

We monitor the results for one week after the email is sent out. We are able to see how many of recipients open your email and how many respond with click-throughs thus measuring the effectiveness and interest generated by the E-Card.

As in direct mail, the e-card campaign requires pre payment (postcard and printing services do not require pre payment).
